It is a legal requirement for Compounding4Vet to obtain a PEN signed ✍ copy of the original prescription within 7 days. Please post these to Compounding4Vet at your earliest convenience.
If the prescriber gives a repeat prescription, Compounding4Vet can keep this on file. Contact Compounding4Vet when you require a repeat to be filled.
A registered vet can request prescription templates if they haven’t set up an online ordering login by emailing the request to scripts@compounding4vet.com.au.
PET OWNERS
Please note that if you are a pet or animal owner with an original prescription from your veterinarian, we can only compound your prescription on the receipt of the original prescription. We are not able to accept an electronic (email or faxed) copy of a prescription from a pet or animal owner. Please post the original prescription to:

You can call, email, or fax us to action a repeat prescription.
We recommend that an animal owner retains a copy of the prescription for their own records and in case the original gets lost in the mail.
