Registered veterinarians in Australia can order compounded medications through any of the following methods:
Order Online
Register or sign in to access our online ordering system. Browse our full formulary, select your formulation, and submit your prescription — all in one place. You must be a registered veterinarian in Australia to obtain access.
Email Your Prescription
Send your prescription directly to scripts@compounding4vet.com.au and we'll begin processing your order.
Post Your Prescription

Speak with our pharmacists directly on 1300 345 877. We can take your order over the phone and advise on formulations if needed.
Need prescription templates? Registered veterinarians who haven't set up an online ordering account can request templates by emailing scripts@compounding4vet.com.au.
It is a legal requirement for Compounding 4 Vet to obtain a pen-signed original copy of the prescription within 7 days. Please post original prescriptions to our address at your earliest convenience.
If the prescriber includes a repeat on the prescription, we can keep it on file. Simply contact us when you need a repeat filled — no need to send a new prescription each time.
If you have an original prescription from your veterinarian, we can compound your pet's medication and deliver it directly to your door.
Step 1 — Email us a copy of your prescription at scripts@compounding4vet.com.au so we can review it and prepare for your order.
Step 2 — Post the original pen-signed prescription to:

Step 3 — We will compound and dispatch your medication once the original prescription is received.
Important: We are unable to accept electronic copies (email or fax) of a prescription from pet owners as the original. Emailing us a copy in advance allows us to anticipate its arrival and take action should it get lost in transit.
For repeat prescriptions, you can call us on 1300 345 877 or email scripts@compounding4vet.com.au to request a repeat — no need to post a new prescription if your vet included repeats on the original.
